Self-Referrals

The NHS Scotland Interactive Diabetes Website is designed to provide comprehensive support for individuals with diabetes, as well as their families and friends. The platform offers a range of resources, including informative leaflets, videos, educational tools, and interactive games. Additionally, users can access their most recent diabetes clinic results through the website, empowering them to better manage their condition.

Self-referral provides a direct pathway to Audiology services for hearing assessments and, if necessary, the provision of National Health Service hearing aids. This streamlined process allows individuals to access services without the need to consult other healthcare providers, including your GP or Practice Nurse, beforehand.

An MSK physiotherapist will assess and treat patients with injuries, conditions, or issues related to muscles, bones, joints, and peripheral nerves. They may also offer guidance on managing your condition and provide referrals to additional services as needed.
